Sound familiar?

The automation was supposed to save you time.

Instead you're four browser tabs deep in a forum thread from 2023, and the run history is a wall of red. These are the hours this service exists for.

undefined

An expression that worked last week now returns nothing, and the node below it quietly does nothing too.

401 Unauthorized

The exact same request succeeds in Postman and fails inside the workflow. The credential looks right.

webhook received · 0 items

The trigger fires, the payload is there, and somehow nothing reaches the node you actually care about.

ERR_CODE_NODE

A Code node throws a stack trace with no line number, and the docs assume you already know why.

blank canvas

You know exactly what you want automated. You just don't want to lose a weekend learning a new tool to get there.

execution #4,812

It runs. Constantly. You can't tell which runs failed, whether anything retried, or if data was lost.

What a session covers

Setup, troubleshooting, customization, or a straight consult.

You pick the shape of the session. Most people arrive with one of these.

Debug a workflow that broke

We read the execution data together, find the node that actually failed, and fix the cause rather than patching around it.

Build a new one, live

Describe the outcome you want. We wire the trigger, the logic and the destination in your instance while you watch.

API & auth wiring

OAuth2 dances, bearer tokens, signed headers, pagination, rate limits — the parts that never behave like the docs suggest.

Expressions & Code nodes

Mapping data between nodes, taming nested JSON, dates that arrive in three formats, and JavaScript that behaves per-item.

Error handling that's loud

Retries, error branches and alerts, so the next failure reaches you instead of sitting silently in a log.

Self-hosting & deployment

Docker, reverse proxies, HTTPS, environment variables, queue mode — or just a second opinion before you commit to a setup.

How a session usually runs

No discovery call. No proposal. We start working.

Send context before we meet so the clock is spent on your workflow, not on catching me up.

before

You send the context

The workflow JSON, a screenshot of the failing node, or two sentences about what you want built. Anything is better than nothing.

00–10

What it should do vs. what it does

We agree on the goal for the session out loud, so we both know what "done" looks like before anything gets touched.

10–45

Hands on your instance

Screen-share over AnyDesk or Google Meet. Real edits to your real setup — nodes rewired, credentials fixed, executions re-run until they're green.

45–60

Handover, in plain language

What changed, why it was breaking, and what to look at first if the same thing happens again. You keep the working workflow either way.

Scope

What a session is — and honestly isn’t.

Clear edges beat a surprise halfway through the call.

A good fit for a session

  • One workflow that's broken and needs to work today.
  • A small-to-medium automation built from scratch, end to end.
  • Customizing something existing — new branch, new integration, new condition.
  • A consult before you build, to pick the approach and skip the dead ends.
  • A review of automation you already run, with the risky parts pointed out.

Worth knowing first

  • A multi-week platform build won’t fit in sixty minutes — book a Diagnostic Hour to scope it properly, then plan from there.
  • You'll need access to your own accounts and credentials during the call — I can't sign in on your behalf.
  • The session is remote only, over AnyDesk or Google Meet.
  • If a problem turns out to be bigger than the scope you booked, you'll hear that early in the call, not at minute 59.

The listing, in short

What you're booking

Automation rescue sessions for n8n, APIs and integrations

Your n8n workflow is failing and you have lost a day to it. This is the session that ends that.

Sixty minutes to a half day with a verified n8n creator, screen-shared, working directly in your own instance. Not a discovery call and not a proposal — we start working on the actual problem.

Choose your scope at checkout

  • Diagnostic Hour — $199. 60 minutes live. We find the real cause, fix what fits in the hour, and you leave with a written plan for anything that does not.
  • Fix & Ship — $349. Up to 3 hours across two sessions. I work until your workflow runs green, plus 7 days of follow-up on the same issue.
  • Build & Handover — $699. Up to 6 hours. A new automation built end to end in your instance, error handling and alerting wired in, documented handover, and 30 days of support.

What I actually fix

Broken workflows and red execution logs. OAuth2, bearer tokens, signed headers, pagination and rate limits. Expressions and Code nodes that return nothing. Webhooks that fire but deliver no items. Error branches, retries and alerts so the next failure reaches you instead of sitting silently in a log. Self-hosted setups — Docker, reverse proxy, HTTPS, environment variables, queue mode — as well as n8n Cloud.

How it runs

You send context before we meet: the workflow JSON, a screenshot of the failing node, or two sentences about what you want built. We agree out loud on what "done" means. Then hands on your instance over Google Meet or AnyDesk, with real edits and executions re-run until they are green. You get a plain-language handover of what changed and why it broke.

My guarantee

If the session does not move your problem forward, tell me within 7 days and I refund it in full. If a problem turns out to be bigger than the scope you bought, you hear that in the first fifteen minutes — not at minute fifty-nine.

Before you book

Questions people ask first

Which scope should I pick?

Pick Diagnostic Hour if one specific thing is broken and you mainly need to know why. Pick Fix & Ship if it has to end up working and you would rather not gamble on it fitting in sixty minutes — this is what most people choose. Pick Build & Handover if there is nothing built yet and you want it done properly and documented.

If you buy the Diagnostic Hour and it turns out to be a bigger job, I will say so in the first fifteen minutes and credit what you paid against a larger scope. You are never stuck on the wrong tier.

How do I book a time after I pay?

Your receipt asks you to reply with two or three time windows in your timezone, plus whatever context you have. I confirm a slot within one business day and send a Google Meet link. AnyDesk works too if you prefer it.

What if the session doesn't help?

Then you should not pay for it. Tell me within 7 days and I refund it in full, no argument and no form to fill in — just reply to your receipt. That applies to every scope.

What do you need from me before the session?

A short description of the problem or the outcome you want, and access to the setup we'll be working in. If it's an existing n8n workflow, exporting the workflow JSON or sending a screenshot of the failing execution helps a lot.

The more context arrives before the call, the more of the session goes into fixing rather than orientation.

How do we actually meet?

Remotely, over AnyDesk or Google Meet — whichever you prefer. We screen-share and work through it together in real time.

Do I need to know n8n already?

No. Plenty of sessions start with someone who has an idea and an empty canvas. If you'd rather learn as we go, say so at the start and the session becomes a walkthrough as much as a build.

Does this work for self-hosted n8n as well as cloud?

Both. Self-hosted setups — Docker, reverse proxy, HTTPS, environment variables, queue mode with workers — are fair game, as is n8n Cloud.

What if we don’t finish in the time I booked?

Most single-workflow problems fit comfortably. If yours turns out to be larger, you'll hear that early enough to decide what to do with the remaining time — usually we get the critical path working and note down what's left.

You can always book another session, or move up a scope and I’ll credit what you already paid. Each one is a standalone session with no subscription attached.

Is it only n8n?

n8n is the main focus, but sessions cover automation work around it too: REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, data mapping, scheduling, and the third-party services you're connecting into.
